Ectrodactyly - ectodermal dysplasia

a claw hand or claw foot with or without syndactyly and polydactyly which may be associated with a cleft lip and palate. The radiological manifestations are those of the claw hand and foot. There is a high association with urinary tract abnormalities, which are variable and include duplication anomalies, hydronephrosis and agenesis. See ectodermal dysplasia
