Camptodactyly

congenital developmental flexion contracture of the proximal interphalangeal joint of the finger causing angulation in the anteroposterior plane. There is no underlying bone deformity. Involvement is often bilateral and most commonly affects the little finger. It typically presents in infancy and progresses. Initially the condition may be correctable but with time the contracture becomes fixed.
