Acrofacial dysostosis

mandibulofacial dysostosis with malar and mandibular hypoplasia with preaxial limb anomalies, usually radial hypoplasia or aplasia. The limb and facial anomalies are manifest clinically. There may be variable associated findings of deafness, cleft lip and palate, and mental retardation.
