(also called cleidocranial dysplasia),
congenital malformation with dominant pattern of inheritance, showing variable deficiency or absence of the clavicles combined with skull abnormalities.
Ossicular chain malformations and atresia of the external auditory canal have been reported. These patients show delayed eruption of the permanent teeth; the teeth may be malformed. Frequently, these patients have a large number of unerupted
