Cat-scratch fever

granulomatous disease that may follow the scratch or bite of a cat, but may also be caused by other animal bites. It causes lymphadenopathy head and neck, including the parotid lymph nodes. Radiologically, its appearance is similar to sarcoidosis or tuberculosis head and neck.
