Name syndrome

a familial complex of naevi, atrial myxoma, myxoid fibroma and ephelides. In these patients atrial myxomas occur at a young age and are more likely to be multiple or recurrent. Routine screening of relatives of these patients for occult myxoma is done by echocardiography.
