(Maurice Klippel, 1852 - 1942, French neurologist; Andr Feil, 20th century, French physician) syndrome which consists of short neck, cervical vertebral anomalies and limited rotation of the head. Congenital cardiac anomalies occur in a minority of patients. The most frequent are ventricular septal defect and dextrocardia. For a general description, see Klippel Feil syndrome.
