Angina pectoris

precordial pain usually precipitated by physical, emotional or mental stress with frequently radiation to the neck, back or left upper extremity. It is the most common symptom of obstructive coronary arterial disease. Prinzmetals variant angina occurs in the resting state and it is usually caused by coronary artery spasm.
