Perilymphatic nodules

nodules located in relation to lymphatics or in lung regions containing lymphatics. Nodules related to the parahilar peribronchovascular interstitium, the centrilobular interstitium, interlobular septa, and in a subpleural location are typical of a perilymphatic distribution, and are most commonly seen in patients with sarcoidosis, silicosis, coal workers pneumoconiosis and lymphangitic carcinomatosis.
