Intravascular lymphomatosis

a rare malignant proliferation of lymphoid cells within the lumen of capillaries, arterioles and venules. Clinically, the disease is manifested most often in the central nervous system and the skin. Pulmonary involvement may occur, characterized by a dyspnoea and/or pulmonary arterial hypertension. Radiologically, reticular pattern or reticulonodular pattern may be present.
