Architectural distorsion, lung parenchyma

distorsion of normal lung anatomy because of lung disease. It is recognizable because of displacement or alteration in the normal appearances of bronchi, pulmonary vessels, fissures or interlobular septa. Architectural distorsion results from volume loss or fibrosis.
