Biloma

encapsulated collection of bile in the peritoneal cavity. The risk of infection of a biloma is increased in liver transplantation because of the immunosuppression. The size and exact location of bilomas is best demonstrated with ultrasound and CT. Percutaneous image-guided drainage is indicated in larger or infected bilomas or if they tend to be recurrent.
