Musculoskeletal ImagingWinchester's syndrome
an osteolysis syndrome of autosomal recessive inheritance characterized by extensive and progressive destruction of the carpus, tarsus and elbows. Affected persons may also have dwarfism, corneal opacities, arthralgias, profound generalized osteoporosis, and progressive trunk and limb deformities. In some cases the joint abnormalities resemble those of juvenile chronic arthritis.
