Vater syndrome

an association of congenital disorders in which multisystem (vertebral, anorectal, tracheal, esophageal, renal and rectal) abnormalities are evident.

A significant number of patients have sacrococcygeal agenesis. In addition, absence or hypoplasia of the radius may be part of the clinical picture in some patients. (See aplasia (III:1), Fig. 1)
