(Haakon Saethre, 20th century, Norwegian psychiatrist and F. Chotzen, 20th century, German psychiatrist), an autosomal dominant form of acrocephalosyndactyly manifested by mild facial malformations, brachycephaly and syndactyly. This disorder is also known as Chotzen syndrome. Other features occurring in some patients are coxa valga, hypoplasia of the clavicle and ptosis.
