Ribbing's disease

a frequently asymptomatic disorder of the extremities also known as hereditary multiple diaphyseal sclerosis. Some patients may have mild pain or tenderness, however. Radiographic features include osteosclerosis and hyperostosis of tubular bones, usually present asymmetrically (Fig.1).
