Pustulotic arthro-osteitis

a disorder in adult patients with pustulosis palmaris et plantaris, characterized by sclerotic bone changes (at sites other than the anterior chest wall) or inflammatory lesions of peripheral joints. This abnormality forms part of the clinical picture of SAPHO syndrome. The presence of similar features in a child or adolescent is termed chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis.
