Phlebolith

a concretion or calculus occurring in a vein. Such stones may occur in a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic venous insufficiency, glomus tumours, haemangioma, Klippel Trenaunay Weber syndrome and Maffuccis syndrome. These lesions typically appear as circular calcifications with radiolucent centres.
