Parallel track sign

a radionuclide bone imaging appearance of the diaphyses and metaphyses of tubular bones in patients with primary or secondary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. Diffuse and symmetric increased uptake of the radionuclide agent occurs along the cortical margins, which is also termed the double stripe sign.
