Myeloproliferative disorders

a group of diseases related to proliferative abnormalities in the cellular constituents of bone marrow. Among the diseases included in this category are leukaemia, lymphoma, Sjogrens syndrome, systemic mastocytosis, polycythaemia vera and myelofibrosis.

A wide variety of musculoskeletal abnormalities accompany these disorders, which are discussed in greater detail under their respective names.
