Ivory vertebral body

diffuse sclerosis of an entire vertebral body. This condition may be seen in Pagets disease, lymphoma, Hodgkins disease, tuberculous spondylitis, plasmacytoma, POEMS syndrome and skeletal metastasis (Fig.1).
