Glenoid labrum ovoid mass (glom)

a rounded often expanded mass in front of the glenoid labrum observed on MR imaging and indicative of a torn labrum with avulsion of a portion of the anterior aspect. This mass is of low signal intensity on proton density weighted and T2-weighted sequences.
