Giedion - langer syndrome

a skeletal disorder characterized by acrodysplasia with exostoses. This condition is also known as trichorhinophalangeal dysplasia, type II. Radiographic features include exostoses, cone-shaped epiphyses in the digits of the hands, abnormalities in the hips, short fibula, asymmetrical limb growth and tibiofibular synostosis (Fig.1).
