scapula. In this condition, which is also known as hypoplasia of the glenoid neck or denticulate glenoid, severe glenohumeral joint instability and limitation of motion may occur. Radiographs show dysplasia of the scapular neck and a notched glenoid
articular surface. Other features that may be observed include hypoplasia and varus deformity of the humeral head and neck with bowing of the
clavicle and acromion.
