Dubousset, 20th century, French orthopaedic surgeon), a type of spinal hardware for the thoracic and lumbar spine that can be used for multiple indications. This derotational system can apply rigid segmental fixation of the spine but also allows multidirectional control and correction of deformity in all three planes.
