Acrosclerosis

hardening of the bones (sclerosis) of the bones of fingers and facial structures that may be associated with Raynauds phenomenon. Similar sclerosis of the terminal tufts of the phalanges occurs in systemic lupus erythematosus or in sarcoidosis.
