Gastrocolic trunk

formed by the confluence of the right gastroepiploic, middle colic and anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal veins. Enters the right side of the superior mesenteric vein just anterior to the pancreatic head at the level of the uncinate process. See blood vessels, small intestine (II), Fig. 12
