AVM, dural fistulae
Image 1: Sagittal T1WI.
Image 2: Sagittal PD image.
Image 3: Sagittal T2WI.
These images raise the question of the presence of abnormal vascular elements in the perimedular area.
Image 4: Sagittal Gd T1WI. Shows abnormal contrast enhancement within enlarged vessels surrounding the anterior and posterior surface of the cord (see image 5).
Image 6: Sagittal Gd T1WI (see image 7) and image 8: Sagittal Gd T1WI. These images disclose extensive dural AVM at the posterior surface of the mid- and lower spinal cord.
