Multiple cerebral aneurysms, 1.5 T

This 46 year old female patient presented with a history of right ophthalmoplegia of sudden onset.

Fig.1 Single volume 3D TOF MRA. Multiple cerebral aneurysms are seen on the transverse (above) and coronal (below) targeted MIP reconstructions. The two small aneurysms are located at middle cerebral artery bifurcations ("en mirroir") and the giant saccular aneurysm is situated at the right carotid siphon, possibly responsible of the clinical symptomatology.
