FDG PET/CT (only PET displayed) shows diffuse, intense bone marrow uptake.
Teaching point:
Diffuse high bone marrow uptake is normally seen after chemotherapy and after stimulation bone marrow with graunulocyte colony stimulating factor (high splenic uptake as well).
